		<description>To be fair, while the A train is painfully slow, the LIRR from Penn or Flatbush is speedy... I&#039;ve stepped off a plane and been in midtown in under an hour this way.  Building new subway tracks to shave off a few more minutes is wasteful.  Building a rail link to LGA, on the other hand, is sorely needed.</description>
