They have the same outdated signs at Hoyt/Schermerhorn and Jay St. I don't want to venture a guess as to how many people have missed their flights because of this.

It's unbelievable that nobody even thinks to take the initiative and make signage easier for people, not to mention correct and up to date. I mean, who is the manager of Jay St./Borough Hall, a major stop in Brooklyn? Do they ever go down to the platform and look around? Laziness? Don't care? Worst of all, incompetent enough to actually not notice the outdated signs? It's mystifying.

Not really surprised. There are still signs that show the B going to 168 and the C to the Bronx on uptown IND lines, and that service ended 10 years ago. Last week I spotted a orange S bullet on a sign at Herald Square, too.

I told her that too :D

What's worse is that there's a shuttle bus that goes directly to all three airports a few blocks away.

a friend of mine missed her flight because she tried going that way and didn’t want to pay the extra money for the Air Train.

Uh, no offense to your friend, but that's pretty stupid.
