		<description>You should have a look at the weekly press release explaining the weekend service diversions (see http://www.mta.info/mta/news/releases/). For each diversion, they are pretty specific about exactly what is being worked on.

If they can put it in a press release, I don&#039;t know why they can&#039;t put it on a sign. I agree that “We are performing XXX work to make sure that subways continue to operate safely along the X line.” isn&#039;t very illuminating.</description>

		<description>Quick thought on the color coordination you mentioned.  If it was color coordinated and then you have something like the __ running local on the __ lines (being different colored lines, like the 4 and 1 or something) then what color would you use?  Could get confusing.</description>
