The only difference is that the USSR used the numbers directly, hence &quot;School No. 21,&quot; while the US translates them into Presidents, hence &quot;Chester A. Arthur Elementary.&quot;

And if you think that&#039;s bad, think of how in about 30 years people will start naming things after George W. Bush.</description>

		<description>Screw naming the bridge after someone.  Triborough works just fine.  Why bother naming it after someone at all?  In a time where everything is being named after someone or something, it&#039;s nice to have a few neutral names around.</description>
