		<description>Reports also state that they&#039;re going to integrate the IT departments as well.  No jobs will really be lost though.  They just won&#039;t replace people who leave or retire and reassign others.

It&#039;ll be interesting to see how integrating the departments work out...sounds like it&#039;s going to be a logistical nightmare.</description>
