Well, since I'm down there at least 4-6 hours a day on the train, I have to say I m not comfortable with this</description>

No you are right, there is no need for a second line in a neighborhood twice the size of the Upper West Side that has three subway lines.   Hey, come do my commute every morning on the Lexington Line and then maybe rethink your opinion.</description>

		<description>No, let's spend 5 billion building a 30 block stubway for the next ten years.  Ridiculous.  The MTA doesn't have the money to protect us, yet they dazzle us with the their high tech plans for this recklessly conceived subway line.</description>
