I have to disagree.  Any tax (let&#039;s just call it what it is) will be passed on to the consumer.  I&#039;m all for the saving the environment, but not via carbon trading.</description>

Unless the MTA is trading with international companies forced by those who have signed on to Kyoto to follow the emissions standards...

Perhaps that&#039;s how it will work.</description>
