Another thing is that when a passenger uses coins to get a receipt they don't get a transfer or maybe the driver can produce one? What should anger riders about this new "service" is that the wait for riders to get their fare into the machine hasn't changed. All of the driver's I've seen actually wait for the shelter to empty out before closing the doors. How is this any different than when the driver waits as we board the bus?!
