		<description>I think it&#039;s amazing that the other service changes are &lt;em&gt;still&lt;/em&gt; not posted on the MTA website. Even when they do something good, they don&#039;t know how to publicize it.</description>

		<description>Broad and Fulton will probably get full-time service eventually, as that neighborhood is rapidly becoming a 24-hour community. NYCT is already running full-time J service, so they just need to extend it by two more stations.</description>
