Brilliance in planning: No 2 trains north of 180th Street. No 5 trains south of 180th Street.
Why not just run the 2 straight through to Dyre Av and forget about the 5 up there? Save people the transfer.
N trains run on the R from Canal St to DeKalb Av

This is the second weekend in a row the advisories have been wrong. Even the printed signs are wrong.
The N stays on the local tracks in Brooklyn. After DeKalb, it hits Pacific, but then stops at Union, 4th Ave/9th St, and so on.
