Sure, he's had his ups and downs but overall, his business-like attitude combined with his more humanitarian side has helped steer NYC into better times, especially after 2001. Plus, he supported congestion pricing, the possible candidates aren't that well-qualified, and he doesn't take much from the city. I think Bloomberg has handled the city’s problems pretty well over the past 2 terms. Really shocking how uninformed about the outerboroughs some people are.
