		<description>The whole discussion needs re-framing. The question should be asked, can we afford NOT to have public transit? Also, why are we paying trillions to support the autosprawl system? There are companies making profit from the auto and sprawl, while the taxpayer has to clean up the mess.... oil wars, carbon dioxide, low-aquifers, floods, collisions, etc.</description>
