This line manager program is a total failure but the MTA is expanding it anyway. On the 2 lines that currently use the program there has been NO trimming of the excessive upper management. All the MTA is doing is adding more un-needed management making big money when what they need is more hourly employees to actual move more trains, clean more trains, clean more platforms, man more booths ect.
