		<description>Putting glass over the steps in this area is dumb. The wind is going to play havoc with that. It already broke one of the pieces of glass already as you can see on the linked picture above. 

I am amazed at how long this has taken to complete. Was due to finish intially in Aug 08, then pushed back to Dec 08, the it was Jan 09, now it&#039;s apparently Apr 09. I look out my office window everyday and see these guys standing around in groups of 4 or 5 just talking. Got to love union labor! Talk about milking the system.</description>
