		<description>Finally! It was nice to hear the last few words in the news brief: What we hope to move away from is the notion that this is Ground Zero but is instead the rebirth of a whole new downtown.

I&#039;ve grown so tired of hearing about the memorials or even thinking of how much commercial space will be lost to the lack of development in that space. I&#039;m glad that something useful and easy on the eyes will be sharing that space.</description>
