It was nice to hear the last few words in the news brief: What we hope to move away from is the notion that this is Ground Zero but is instead the rebirth of a whole new downtown. I've grown so tired of hearing about the memorials or even thinking of how much commercial space will be lost to the lack of development in that space. I'm glad that something useful and easy on the eyes will be sharing that space. Finally!
