		<description>If this is why they&#039;re delaying the SAS, this is actually an acceptable reason.  If only the government would provide more infrastructure replacement funds.  Everything is in disrepair in this country because people want to build new six lane highways to nowhere and fancy interchanges.</description>

		<description>Just curious why they wouldn&#039;t terminate the upper manhattan section at 191 street rather than Dyckman. Both stations have only two tracks so it not like one has more utility for turnaround/hold-overs than the other.
