If you get caught selling the schedule, i.e. pay me $.99 to get the latest schedules, you are violating the terms of the agreeement and will no longer have access to the data. That is what most of the transit entities infer to in their free agreements by saying &quot;[transit entity] reserves the right to alter and/or no longer provide Data at any time without prior notice&quot; and &quot;[transit entity] maintains title, ownership, rights and interest in and to Data&quot;. It is the same reason you don&#039;t see people selling the paper time tables they picked up off the rack out on the street to the tourists.

You can still make bucks from building a solid app that uses the  free data available to the masses.</description>
