Maybe he mistook the "choose your battles, big enogh to matter, small enough to win" Rule. Maybe Walder is making better choices early on. I hope so. But if the bus lane enforcement expires on the operating table how will that affect his next battle choice? Right now the best thing Walder has done is negotiate himself a strong severance package. Very insightful. Can it therefor be assumed that was lost to Lee Sander? The real test will be if Mr. Walder can take that very obvious understanding and accordingly driving policy through a state government dominated by the suburban, exurban and rural politicians representing three cars in a two car garage.
