		<description>They have been talking and studying and talking and studying this for decades. This is just an example of all talk and no action. Its the same conclusion too. It can be done but they don&#039;t want to spend the money.

I want this to be built but I don&#039;t think ill see it in my lifetime. Too much red tape. All talk. No action.</description>

		<description>Does anybody here know why the North Shore railroad line was closed down to begin with?
After all, they never closed down the presently existing SIR line, even though in those pre-Verrazano Bridge days Staten Island had a much lower population.</description>
