		<description>Without public transit (cross town buses are useless), the area is and will be a low density low rent area, like a bit of the suburbs transplanted into Manhattan. After the RE bubble of the 2000s, I don&#039;t see Hudson Yards getting any office or residential space built for atleast a decade. There is plenty of good luxury residential and vacant Class A space in Manhattan that needs to be absorbed first.</description>
