Another set of subway cars set to sink
ByAs more new subway cars come online, the MTA is busy getting rid of their old fleet. This time around, Ocean City, Maryland, is the lucky recipient of a new artificial reef. According to The Dispatch, the Maryland coast is set to receive 42 more cars for their ever-growing subway reef. I have to guess that this delivery contains either R42 or R32 formerly of the E line.
The sets consist of R32 that were retired months ago from the E line as well as R38s from the C.
