Why dogs should be leashed on the subway

By

A D train at the tail end of rush hour was delayed this morning when a dog got loose in one of the subway cars. That would annoy me to no end, and I can’t imagine that these good folks would have been too amused either. Lease your dogs in the subway. [City Room]

  1. Todd says:

Ha! That’s one hell of a “police investigation!”

  2. The Secret Conductor says:

people (especially on the trendy L train line) always have their dogs (and cats) out. No bags, no chain; they are just in their arms. All animals are supposed to be in dog/cat bags.

what I find funny about delays and train not coming on time is that it is mostly customers who make the train late. this is just one example.
